They embarked on a mission to redirect the careers of real estate professionals by providing them with the training to help homeowners avoid foreclosure. The Charfen Institute now hosts 300 educational events every year through various divisions, including: the Certified Distressed Property Expert® (CDPE) Designation, the Certified Investor Agent Specialist ™ (CIAS) Designation, LEAD Experience ™, and STAR POWER Systems®.
