The established, tried and true training methods may make sense to some, but they are likely to produce confusion and, at best, mediocre results for entrepreneurial personalities, the EPTs among us.
And there’s an incredible upside to this. When systems are designed to protect and support them, EPTs thrive. They dream, they accomplish and they lead. They find new and innovative ways to solve problems, serve customers, and grow business. Truly understanding these attributes can help us design systems that lead to the best outcomes for us, for them, and for our organizations.
