This isn’t a motivational program.
I’ve worked with thousands of entrepreneurs from nearly every point on the map, and one thing is certain: We don’t need more motivation - In fact, most of us can’t turn off our internal drive even if we wanted to.
As entrepreneurs we all feel - in our core - driven to move forward because we all know that we are meant for something greater. There's a primal instinct, a hardwired part of our personality that says, "You can and should be doing more. You're capable of bigger and better things. Get out there and go make it happen!"
This drive doesn’t come from something external - Simply put, it’s who we are.
The problem is, so many of us end up working our tails off only to spin our wheels struggling to properly use that drive to create the success we are after.
From solopreneurs, to team leaders, to business managers, to mom and pop operations - nearly every entrepreneur I talk to - regardless of team size or financial status - battles against the following: inconsistent growth, inconsistent results, and the reality that the gap between their ultimate vision and where they are today remains constant.
And that can crush momentum, which is overwhelming
However, when asked, most entrepreneurs won’t admit that they are overwhelmed.
But let me ask you this...
- Are your days getting more and more tactically difficult?
- At the end of each day, have you accomplishing all that you intended to get done?
- Day after day, does it seem like the amount you need to accomplish is increasing?
- Does it feel like there is always more to do than you have time for?
My guess is that you answered yes to all, and that, my friend, is overwhelm.
I know that it is beyond frustrating feeling that the todo list rarely gets done and the workload compounds day by day. And it is super difficult to get things accomplished when you feel like there is no way out.
But what if I could show you a better way…
