My program - Constructive Company - is dynamically different than anything else on the market. It will teach you my exact framework for creating success, and the system has been custom tailored exactly for how entrepreneurs think.
If you’ve read my book - The Entrepreneurial Personality Type
- you know that I’ve spent the last few years uncovering the superpowers that allow us entrepreneurs reach the highest highs, and the kryptonite that can turn our abilities against us.
Because of these insights, I can affirm with certainty that Constructive Company will steer you in the direction of success, and help you avoid the pitfalls that have been holding you back.
When it comes to numbers/metrics, most entrepreneurs either look at too many numbers, or none. Constructive Company is going to show you the optimal numbers to track.
Most entrepreneurs either do no forward planning or do so much planning that they disable their ability to get from here to there. Constructive Company is going to show you ...
Most entrepreneurs are ruled by their calendar, and never gaining effective breathing room or perspective. Constructive Company takes the calendar out of the planning system so that entrepreneurs can ensure they are focused on the proper things that will move their business forward.
And here’s the big one:
Most entrepreneurs think they have to do everything in order to succeed.
In actuality, that is total BS.
Early in my career, I used to think that there was this whole list of stuff that I had to do in every day in every business to win. Things like signing every check, making every deposit, doing every reconcile…
I was fooling myself.
I was doing it all, and it didn't help anything. Through my own process of learning and discovery, I've realized that us entrepreneurs have attachments to “doing.” We are programmed for continual motion. But this “doing” coupled with improper targets can create a pattern of poorly focused effort that simply has us running in place.
Let me ask you some questions:
When you started your business, how did it feel?
If you’re like most business owners, the answer is “it felt great.”
And was it hard?
My guess is yes. Probably the hardest thing you’ve ever done.
And who was responsible for creating initial momentum and success in your business?
Was it you?
And what part of the business did you run?
All of it?
And was that overwhelming?
My guess is yes. Terrifically overwhelming
But what happened when you got that first check? Did it motivate you? Did you feel driven to do even more? Be even more?
Again, my guess is yes.
And the pattern continues:
Do everything, get reward
Do everything, get reward.
Like Pavlov’s dogs we become programmed. Programmed to push ourselves, to work 140 hours a week, to endure constant overwhelm to get closer to the success we crave because we think there is no other way.
But there is..
