As entrepreneurs and small business owners, we are under a tremendous amount of stress, AND we put a tremendous amount of stress on ourselves.
The word “stress” itself makes some people cringe. If you are that person, I think you can shift your perspective and see stress in a whole new light.
Research has shown that at certain levels, the amount of stress in your life can actually increase your productivity and help you to function at higher levels.
Some of you are probably stressed out just thinking about this, but bear with me. You see, I believe that most of us are either stressed out because we don’t have enough to do, or because we have too much to do.
Imagine if you could turn that stress into a powerful force that propelled you into a consistent, high-level of functioning …
Chew on that thought for a moment, and try to visualize the possibility that positive stress will not kill you, but instead be a tool used to your advantage.

Believe me, the correct amount of stress will not kill you … it will make you stronger.
