Executive Assistant for CEO & President

About the role:
This position will set up both Alex and Cadey Charfen (the CEO and President) for success each week by maintaining their calendars, appointments, purchases, and other various administrative needs. This position will protect both their time, creating efficiency in their days, schedules and creating efficiency so they can focus on the needs of the business. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, during daytime hours in the CST time zone.

The Operations Executive Assistant will support the Director of Operations, Hayley. You will provide tactical and administrative support including scheduling meetings, calendar organization, company purchases, as well as leading initiatives and projects important to the company. This is a two-part position. The Executive Assistant portion will set up both Alex and Cadey Charfen (the CEO and President) for success each week by maintaining their calendars, appointments, purchases, and other various administrative and personal needs. This position will protect both their time, creating efficiency in their days and schedules so they can focus on the needs of the business. The Personal Assistant portion of the role will create and maintain organizational systems and processes for Alex and Cadey Charfen’s home and personal lives. You will help to create organization and structure for their home so that they can lower the noise in their lives and enjoy the space that they live in.
