Sales Consultant & Coach
Entry-Level - Remote - Full-Time Position

About the role:
The Sales Consultant & Coach position will work directly with our qualified leads & members to help them gain clarity on their business, develop a plan of action, and help qualified leads enroll in our program. You will conduct pre-sales consultative calls with potential members to determine their pain points and share details about the program we offer.
This position is responsible for providing strategic support to our members via support calls, in our member Facebook group, at our events, and in our free community group when needed. You will also host a variety of coaching calls. You will help answer members' questions and monitor the common questions we receive. You will also be responsible for owning the sales metrics we set, and driving our sales projects to completion.
This position requires someone who is passionate about our members and has a desire to help them grow and scale.

You will help to create organization and structure for their home so that they can lower the noise in their lives and enjoy the space that they live in.

Systems & Technical Assistant
Remote - Full-Time Position
About the role:
The Systems & Technical Assistant position is a full time (40 hours per week) position, working Monday - Friday, preferably from 7 AM to 3 PM CST (we can be flexible for the right candidate and can discuss when you would like to work on the interview).
This position will work directly with and support our Senior Systems Manager and the Systems team with the management and solution of recurring technical and system related tasks and issues as well as system-related project deliverables. This position requires someone who has attention to detail, passionate about systems, software, and processes and enjoys making sure that these areas are functioning smoothly to the benefit of the entire company and its clients.

This is a two-part position. The Executive Assistant portion will set up both Alex and Cadey Charfen (the CEO and President) for success each week by maintaining their calendars, appointments, purchases, and other various administrative and personal needs. This position will protect both their time, creating efficiency in their days and schedules so they can focus on the needs of the business. The Personal Assistant portion of the role will create and maintain organizational systems and processes for Alex and Cadey Charfen’s home and personal lives. You will help to create organization and structure for their home so that they can lower the noise in their lives and enjoy the space that they live in.

Our Coaches provide strategic support to our members via support calls, at our events, and in our member platform. The person chosen to fill this role will also help develop and create content that supports member progress through our programs, answer our members questions through our platforms, and monitor the common questions for content/resources that we need to create. This position requires someone who is passionate about our members and has a desire to help them grow and scale.
Please Note: This position will host and support our Monday evening (6 pm to 7 pm CST) Daily Support Call for our members every week.
